For the fastest useful response, include the pickup city, the type and approximate amount of material, stairs or gates, vehicle or trailer access, and the timing you are trying to meet. Wide photos help show the full quantity and loading route. Close-up photos are useful for heavy, sharp, wet, damaged, or unusual items.
Form submissions are saved in the Butte Junk Haulers dashboard before an email notification is attempted. If email delivery is delayed, the request can still be reviewed in WordPress. A phone call or text may be better for an urgent scheduling question, while the form is best for detailed projects and multiple photos.
