Terms and Conditions
Plain-language information about using this website and requesting service.
Last updated: July 24, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Butte Junk Haulers website and general service requests. A written estimate, invoice, rental agreement, or project-specific agreement may contain additional terms. When terms conflict, the project-specific written agreement controls.
Estimates and project information
Estimates are based on the information, photographs, quantities, weights, access conditions, and material types provided. Pricing or availability may change when the actual project differs from what was described, when restricted material is discovered, or when additional labor, travel, equipment, disposal, or safety measures are required.
Items and materials
Acceptance depends on material type, condition, quantity, weight, access, safety, legal disposal options, and available capacity. Hazardous, regulated, contaminated, pressurized, explosive, medical, biohazardous, or otherwise restricted material must be disclosed before scheduling and may be refused.
Property access and preparation
The customer is responsible for providing lawful access, identifying the correct items, securing pets and children, disclosing hazards, and protecting confidential or valuable property. Gates, stairs, elevators, narrow doors, steep grades, soft ground, overhead wires, restricted parking, and long carrying distances should be disclosed in advance.
Scheduling, weather, and cancellations
Appointment times are estimates unless confirmed otherwise. Weather, road conditions, disposal-site availability, equipment issues, previous projects, and safety concerns may affect arrival or completion. Cancellation, rescheduling, or trip charges may apply when stated in an estimate or agreement.
Dump trailer or equipment service
When a trailer or other equipment is placed at a property, the customer must follow loading, weight, material, fill-line, access, and placement instructions. Damage caused by overloading, prohibited material, moving the equipment, or failing to disclose site conditions may be charged to the responsible party.
Payments
Payment is due according to the estimate, invoice, or agreement. Additional charges may apply for added material, excessive weight, waiting time, special handling, extra labor, failed access, or disposal fees not reasonably identifiable from the original information.
Website information
Website content is general information and is not a binding quote, guarantee, disposal authorization, or promise of availability. Service descriptions may change, and not every service is available in every location or for every material.
Photos, reviews, and submissions
You confirm that you have permission to submit any photos, reviews, or project information you provide. Butte Junk Haulers will not publicly use identifiable customer photos or testimonials without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Butte Junk Haulers is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, delayed service, unavailable service, or information supplied by the customer. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated from time to time. Questions may be sent to info@buttejunkhaulers.com.
