Show the complete pile, the loading path, stairs, gates, parking, and any unusually heavy or restricted material. Larger cleanouts, demolition, mixed debris, rural access, or uncertain volume may require an on-site review.
Pricing commonly changes with trailer space, weight, crew time, stairs, long carries, disassembly, destination fees, refrigerant appliances, tires, travel outside the core Butte route, and extra labor. Dense materials such as concrete, roofing, soil, tile, or wet debris can cost more than the same volume of light household clutter because weight affects loading and disposal.
Before work begins, the approved scope should identify what is included, what must remain, access conditions, and any material that needs separate handling. Added items or a changed loading path may require a revised estimate.
